Purpose
AI can be transformative for financial services, but how, and in what circumstances, can it be the most useful? We’re leaders in banking, fintech, and financial services who seek to explore practical applications of AI.

We recognize that there have been extensive efforts to improve financial service providers' experience—cost savings, improved acquisitions, etc.—and we hope to create a forum that is just as focused on tools that improve the consumers’ experience with our financial services.

Our attendees will be leaders, visionaries, and practitioners from across the financial services industry. We hope attendees will be able to bring their experiences to the table and bring back insights from their peers.

One-U Responsible AI Initiative (RAI)
Artificial intelligence (AI) is driving innovations, enabling new discoveries, spurring economic growth, and impacting everything from routine daily tasks and services, to addressing societal-level grand challenges. However, AI can also have negative social, environmental, and even economic consequences. To realize the positive and transformative potential of AI, it is imperative to advance AI and its applications responsibly, i.e., in a way that achieves societal good while also protecting privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties, and promotes principles of fairness, accountability, and transparency. The One-U RAI brings together the use-inspired/applied AI research and technological expertise, advanced cyberinfrastructure, and translational workforce to catalyze and nurture responsible innovation, translation, and application of AI towards address scientific and society grand challenges.
