Hotel Accommodations

We have secured a discounted room block at the closest hotel to the venue, Marriott University Park. You will receive at least a 30% discount off the normal cost of the room by booking through the room block.

Parking at Rice-Eccles Stadium

1. Park in the Guardsman Lot - 595 Guardsman Way.
2. Follow the red arrows passed the stadium, through the stop light and take a right into the parking lot right before the Public Safety Building.
3. If you would like to walk, follow the yellow arrows by crossing the street at 500 S and take a left towards the stadium.
4. If you would like to wait for a golf shuttle, go to the corner of the parking lot. There will be two shuttles taking guests back and forth.
5. The main entrance is located on the south side of the stadium (yellow star), right in between Gate L and the ticket office.
6. The receptionist at the front desk will help guide you to your event.

Shuttle Service

Golf carts will run from the parking lot to the venue during the following times:

• 6:45 AM – 9:45 AM (morning arrival)
• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (evening departure)

Rideshare

Using Ken Garff University Club for Lyft/Uber will drop you closer to the Salt Lake Olympic Statue.

• From the drop-off point, follow the map walking around the ticketing booth
• Head up the ramp to the second floor entrance of the Ken Garff University Club
